Overview

Led the redesign of SHH’s monthly journal (Issue 171–187), rebuilding the visual system and layout structure to strengthen brand perception and improve readability, while establishing a scalable production framework.

Background

With fixed budget, page limits, and mandatory content (e.g., clinic schedules), the original layout struggled to balance marketing and information. The redesign referenced international hospital publications to create a clear, professional, and approachable visual style.
